I had the island grouper sandwich special, and it was delicious! It had pineapple salsa, which was spicy, and a nice teriyaki sauce. I arrived at 8:20, and it took about 30 minutes to be served, which seemed like a long time at a late hour, but the server was very kind.

Holy MOLY! Those nachos were the best things we've eaten in a long time! Even my VERY picky 9 yr old ate it by his own choice! Everything on the menu looks amazing, but you are crazy if you skip out on ordering the seared tuna nachos!

I picked the fried seafood platter for this review but we ate here 4 times during our week at the inlet and everything was delicious. The house made tarter sauce was hands down the best I've ever had. Best peel and eat shrimp, fish tacos and the shrimp stack appetizer were amazing.

The blackened mahi-mahi is absolutely delicious. It's my go to! Everything is delicious. We are local and never had a bad meal.

We had shrimp and Grits also Flounder Meal with Key Lime Pie and Chocolate mousse pie. The food was a 10! The Presentation was a 10! The Waitress was a 10! Highly recommend The Quay Seafood Grille!!
